Commission / Outside Sales Representative

This is an opportunity for a contract commission sales role. Outside sales representatives will work to develop business and activate new accounts primarily for Auxesys digital marketing services. Auxesys seeks capable individuals, with a history of selling digital products or services, a solid understanding of the modern digital marketing landscape, and a high level of motivation.

Our commission structure for these roles is extremely rewarding, and for the right individuals, there are opportunities to service accounts and grow into account manager roles. The successful candidate should have a keen interest in digital marketing, a sales background, and a desire to learn.

Scope:

  • Coordination with Auxesys executive and regular team huddles
  • Completion of training and onboarding process
  • Strategic review and involvement in adjusting/evolving sales strategy
  • Outbound sales communications
  • Booking of discovery meetings and product demo meetings
  • Potentially: Service of landed accounts, to assist with day to day digital marketing management

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Experience with G Suite / Google Drive
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with video conferencing tools (e.g. Hangouts Meet)
  • Competence with scheduling / calendar tools
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello)
  • High levels of interest in digital marketing, digital ads, search engine optimization, content strategy, social media, web development, CRM systems, etc.
  • 2-5 years in a previous sales role is preferred

Auxesys is willing to invest in the training of certain candidates, should they possess only some of these requirements, though a strong interest in digital marketing tools and techniques is required.
